Manie van Schalkwyk is heavily invested in the wellbeing of Clarens and has moved to the Village four years ago. He has been dipping his toes into the Clarens Magic for the last 25 years visiting their small farm and guesthouse just outside the Village. Manie is the current Chairperson of board for the Clarens Arts Festival and is doing all that it takes to develop the arts in Clarens.
